I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Weight Loss Coach. I also have 19 years’ experience working for a Local Catering company assisting as a Chef. I am board member for the Milan Youth League and am Head Coach for Girls Softball. I volunteer for many community events as well. My focus is for a stronger community and Stronger Self.

Lead by George Ferguson, for youth ages 11-17 that focuses on the basic fundamentals of exercise, the importance of teamwork and the value of integrity. Be part of an amazing youth exercise program designed to help kids train, transform, and triumph! This program is limited to 20 participants - First Come First Serve.
