Absolutely in love with this place! I finally have a place where I can workout that has all of the equipment I need and is available to me 24/7 without costing me and arm and a leg! Timille is the best! One day I realized there was no preacher curl pad, so I wrote it on the board for suggestions. The next day, I can in to find one had been added to the gym! Absolutely love this place and will continue to workout here for months to come!
It's always nice to get advice from someone who has been where you are and has real life experience! Timilee is an amazing trainer. Usually, I would do the same old boring routine at the gym with very little changes. I was bored to say the least, just as Timilee says in her own story of me. She introduced me to weight lifting, which who would have thought, I would fall in love with. It gave me an outlet that didn't allow me to be bored. She challenged me to eat right by being able to check up on my eating habits. Everyday I'm thankful for Timilee, even when I'm hating her in the middle of a tough workout.
